70% of the jobs created by eCommerce platforms are from giant platforms Amazon, Flipkart, and many others. Apart from just the platforms, logistic companies such as Ecomm Express too will be a part of the job creation.
Major roles played by newer employees will be a part of the logistics department. They will be responsible for the efficient and quick delivery of packages. While the other roles would be a part of the warehouse and customer relationship and services.

In order to meet higher demands, online sellers as well the platforms ensure they have ticked all the boxes before the sale dates are even announced.
